4. Insert the plug into the wall socket and start at
speed 1 to prevent splashing. Move the whisk
clockwise.
Make sure no liquid or dough ends up above the
whisk wires.
5. After use, switch off the hand blender and unplug
it. The components can safely be detached.
WARNING: do not use the whisk for heavier mixtures
such as margarine and sugar, because this will cause
damage.
USING THE CHOPPER
You can use the chopper for chopping and cutting
meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs, bread, biscuits and
nuts.
1. Cut the ingredients into cubes of 1 to 2 cm.
2. Place the chopper blade on the axle of the
designated mixing bowl.
3. Add the ingredients.
4. Attach the chopper lid to the mixing bowl. Turn
and lock it by rotating it counter-clockwise.
5. Place the motor block on the chopper lid. In
order to do this, you need to press the two
buttons at the bottom of the motor block until
you hear the lock click into place.
6. Plug in the blender. Hold the mixing bowl firmly
and put the blender in position 2.
7. After use, unplug the appliance and detach all
the components.

USING THE MEASURING CUP
The measuring cup has a maximum capacity of 500 ml.
If you use the measuring cup in combination with the
hand blender, you have to make sure that measuring
cup is standing firmly. You can then put the hand
blender into the measuring cup and switch it on.

USING THE BLENDER IN A PAN
Warning: remove the pan from the heat source
and let it cool slightly, otherwise your blender may
overheat.
1. Place the stick blender attachment on the motor
block. In order to do this, you need to press the
two buttons at the bottom of the motor block
until you hear the lock click into place.
2. Insert the plug into the wall socket and immerse
the hand blender in the mixture. This will prevent
splashing.
3. Hold the pan firmly, then press one of the two
speed buttons. You can use speed 1 to prevent
splashing and mix more slowly.
• Make sure no liquid gets between the motor
block and the stick attachment.
• For optimal mixing, move the hand blender
around in the liquid. Make sure the hand
blender is stable.
• Unplug the hand blender immediately if it
becomes obstructed.
4. After use, unplug the appliance and detach the
components.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Warning: be very careful when cleaning the chopper
blade. Do not touch the blades with your fingers. The
blades are very sharp and may cause injury if touched.
1. Ensure that the appliance is unplugged.
2. Detach the stick blender or whisk from the motor
block.
3. Wash the accessories in warm suds, rinse and dry.
4. The chopper bowl must be washed with warm
water.
5. The motor block can be cleaned with a damp
cloth and then dried with a dry cloth.
6. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to clean
the outside or parts of the hand blender. This
may damage the appliance.
7. Always keep the motor block in a vertical position
during cleaning, never in a horizontal position.
WARNING: the motor block must never be immersed
in water or held under running water. It can be
cleaned using a damp cloth.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
ATTENTION: For heavy mixtures, do not use the hand
blender for longer than 50 seconds within a period
of four minutes. This may cause the hand blender to
overheat.

Switch off the appliance and remove the plug
from the socket when you are not using it and
before you attach or detach accessories or clean
the appliance.

Do not remove the lid from the chopper until the
blade has completely stopped rotating.
•
Remove the chopper blade before emptying the
bowl.
