10 Errors and remedying them
Error messages appear in the "Time display" field
audible signal. A distinction is made between operating errors and appliance
faults.
10.1 Operating errors
Incorrect head position

If the client is not sitting in the correct position under the Infrared heater,
model S32 or S33, the "CP" (Check Position) error message will appear in the
"Time display" field .

Check and correct the appliance position (middle of client's ear = middle of
side heater) and confirm using the corresponding illuminated Start button
(see "7.2 Temperature sensor/Client position").
10.2 Appliance faults
Defective heating

The heating does not work properly.
There is a danger of overheating.

The message "E0" appears in field

Switch off the appliance immediately, disconnect the mains plug, and notify
the technical Customer Service Centre.
Defective temperature measurement device

Defective sensor or sensor line.

The message "E1" appears in field

Switch off the appliance immediately, disconnect the mains plug, and notify
the technical Customer Service Centre.
