1. Open the carton and remove the fan.
2. Locate and mark the center of the bracket. Pass the wires through the hole in the mounting
plate. Then secure the mounting plate to the roof beam using flat washers, spring washers and
wood screws (if installing over concrete you must use restraints to the ceiling).
3. Connect the wires from the power supply and the bracket to the wiring terminals as
follows:
Brown L Motor Cable
Cable black L Light
Neutral N Blue wire
Green / yellow ground wire.
4. Raise the bowl to the mounting plate using the holes in the slot to secure the fan with the
two screws and washers.
5. Insert the two screws and washers. Tighten all screws, make sure the bowl is attached and
that there is no cable caught. Make sure the hanger slot nylon ball fits into the guide pin of the
upper bowl.
6. Mount blade tightening the screws, flat washers, spring washers and nuts.
7. Install groups of blades in the engine body by tightening the screws and spring washers.
8. Place a bulb (E27, 40W max, not included) into the socket. Turn on the light and check the
operation of the lamp and fan.
9. Place the glass ceiling in the switch housing by tightening the three thumbscrews.
CAUTION: Do not use pliers to tighten the screws, because if you tighten the screws can break
the glass ceiling and cause hazards.
OPERATING YOUR FAN

TURN ELECTRICITY ON AT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER OR FUSE BOX.
To turn the fan ON and OFF:

Start from the OFF position:
Pull the On/Off Switch Chain until the fan shuts OFF.
•
Sequence of pulls from the OFF position:
First pull
Second pull
•
Direction Switch controls air movement:
– High speed
– Medium speed
Third pull
- Low speed
Fourth pull
- OFF
