Possible reasons
The fuse or thermal switch are
disconnected.
The pump is blocked.
Wrong voltage or frequency.
Air enters through suction pipes of
the pump.
The foot valve is not properly
submerged. The pump has not been
primed.
Head higher than the expected one.
Insufficient aired place.
Liquid viscosity too high.
Solid particles inside the pump.
Hot motor ball bearings.
Solutions
Change the fuse or let the motor cool down so
that the thermal switch turns on.
Dismantle the pump and contact with your
customer service.
Check the voltage.
Power voltage should be as per the pump label.
Check pipes are sealed.
Check that the foot valve is submerged.
Prime the pump properly.
Water level has been lowered, increasing
consequently the total water head.
Check geometric height and charge loss.
Adjust suction head.
Increase ventilation.
Replace the pump with a more suitable one.
Switch off the pump and contact with your
customer service.
Replace motor ball bearings.
