7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Remove the clothes brush from its steam head and clean using a damp cloth.
•
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
•
Do not put the garment steamer in water or any other liquid.
•
Always empty the water tank after each use and rinse with clean water.
•
Wipe outer surfaces with a damp cloth.
•
Always ensure the steam outlet hole is clean and free from scaling and not blocked.
•
Once the garment steamer is disconnected from the power outlet, cooled down, emptied of
water and cleaned, it is recommended to wrap the cord safely around the steamer to store
in an upright position.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The steamer does not heat up.
The steamer does not produce
steam.
Water spills from the water tank.
The steamer is producing a loud
humming or pumping sound

Possible solution
- Check main plug is inserted correctly.
- Check power supply.
- Check power button
- Check the water level and the water tank inlet cover
is properly covered.
- Press the steam push button harder.
- Hold the steamer in an upright position.
- Make sure water is not over the MAX. mark.
- Make sure water tank inlet cover is properly closed.
- Always use the steamer in an upright position.
- Check water level and refill the water tank.
- Hold the steamer in an upright position and stretch
the fabric downward to ensure best results
- When steaming delicate fabric, such as silk to re-
duce the risk of water dripping onto the garment
while steaming.
- Do not steam directly over the metal accessories.
- Use caution and steam around the metal acces-
sories
