Windows-Druckertreiber installieren
1. Dokumentations-CD (wird mit dem Drucker
geliefert) in das CD-Laufwerk des Host-Rech-
ners einlegen.
Die CD startet automatisch. Sie enthält
Druckertreiber für folgende Windows-
Betriebssysteme: Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 / Ser-
ver 2008 / Server 2008 R2 / Server 2012 /
Server 2012 R2.
2. Klicken Sie im Fenster „Printer Documenta-
tion" unter der Zeile „Printer Drivers and
Label Software" auf die Zeile mit dem ver-
wendeten Betriebssystem.
Der Installations-Assistent wird aufgerufen.
3. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen des Installati-
ons-Assistenten.
Wählen Sie aus der Druckerliste „AP 5.4".
Druckauftrag senden
Mit Hilfe der Windows-Druckertreiber kann
aus nahezu allen Windows-Anwendungen
heraus gedruckt werden.
Für das Drucken von Etiketten besonders
geeignet sind Etiketten-Layout-Programme
z. B. NiceLabel.

Alternativ kann auch eine Textdatei mit
Druckkommandos direkt an den Drucker
gesendet werden. Die Kommandos müssen
in der Kommandosprache Easy-Plug verfasst
sein.

Installing the Windows printer driver
1. Insert the Documentation CD (supplied with
the printer) into the host computer's CD drive.
The CD starts automatically. It contains prin-
ter drivers for the following Windows opera-
ting systems: Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 / Server
2008 / Server 2008 R2 / Server 2012 / Server
2012 R2.
2. In the screen "Printer Documentation", click
underneath the line „Printer Drivers and Label
Software" on the line naming the applied ope-
rating system.
This launches the Installation wizard.
3. Follow the instructions from the Installation
wizard.
From the printer list select „AP 5.4".

Sending the print task
The Windows printer driver is used for prin-
ting by most Windows applications.
If you want to print labels, use a label layout
application, e. g. NiceLabel.

Windows
1. Insérer le CD de documentation (fourni avec
le module d'impression) dans le lecteur de
CD-ROM de l'ordinateur hôte.
Le CD démarre automatiquement. Il contient
le pilote d'impression pour les systèmes
d'exploitation Windows suivants : Vista / 7 / 8
/ 8.1 / 10 / Server 2008 / Server 2008 R2 /
Server 2012 / Server 2012 R2.
2. Cliquer dans la fenêtre « Printer documenta-
tion » au-dessous de la ligne « Printer Drivers
and Label Software » la ligne avec le système
d´exploitation appliqué.
L'assistant d'installation s'ouvre.
3. Suivre les instructions de l'assistant d'instal-
lation.
Dans la liste des imprimantes, sélectionnez
„AP 5.4".
Envoyer des travaux d'impression
Le pilote d'imprimante de Windows permet
d'imprimer à partir de toutes les applications
Windows.
Pour imprimer des étiquettes, vous pouvez
utiliser un programme de création d'étiquet-
tes, tel que NiceLabel.

Vous pouvez aussi envoyer un fichier texte
directement à le module d'impression avec
les commandes d'impression. Les comman-
des doivent être écrites en langage Easy-
Plug.
