WARNING!
The maximum emitted noise level, measured at a distance of 1 meter in
accordance with SS-ISO 3747, is:
CAUTION! Risk of equipment damage.
When the pump is connected to the compressed air supply:

5.
Press down the follower plate so that grease appears in the centre cavity.
Use a clean screwdriver to evacuate trapped air from the area under the
outer sealing, see figure 2(5).
With the lid fitted to the pump, press down the pump tube carefully into

the centre cavity of the follower plate. Be sure that the pump tube passes
the O-ring in the follower plate, see figure 2(6).
7.
Make sure that the grease pump stands vertically and is in the centre of the
barrel, see figure 2(7).
The pump tube has to run smoothly through the drum bung fitting. The
1.
Start the pump carefully with low air pressure. The pump may become
damaged if it runs dry. When the pump has started to pump the medium,
the air pressure can gradually be increased.
2.
Run the pump until the medium is free from air at the discharge point.
3.
Close the valve at the discharge point. The pump takes a few more strokes
and then stops.
4.
Check hoses and connections for leaks.
5.
The equipment is now ready for use.
Risk of personal injury.
• Do not exceed the maximum air pressure listed on the pump.
• Leaks or other fine jets of liquid under high pressure can cut the skin.
• Make sure that the system is not under pressure before dismantling or
servicing it.
• Always use ear protection when working near compressed air driven
machines.
• Wear oil-proof gloves.
• Never point the dispenser at people.
• Do not use the pumps near open flames.
• Do not smoke when using the pumps.
Sound pressure
101 dB(A)
• The pump may only be used for the media for which it is intended.
• All components used together with the pump must be capable of withstanding
the pump flow and pressure.
• Inspect the equipment for wear at regular intervals, paying particular attention
to hoses.
• If the pump is connected to compressed air, the compressed air must be
filtered to avoid dust and moisture getting into the pump.
To deliver oil, press the knob on the delivery dispenser. Delivery stops
when the knob is released, but the whole system remains under pressure.
Acoustic power level
