• The device is guaranteed for the first user for a period of twenty four (24) months, three (3)
months for the applicators and accessories subject to wear from the date of purchase against
defects in materials or manufacture, provided that it is used properly and maintained in good
working condition.
• The warranty is valid, if the user uses the device for professional purposes, for twelve (12)
months for the machine and three (3) months for the applicators and accessories subject to
wear, from the date of purchase against defects in materials or manufacture, provided that it
is used properly and maintained in good working condition.
The warranty's validity is limited in the following cases:
• No warranty for accessories and materials to be deemed as "consumables"
• This Warranty is valid and effective in the country in which the Product was purchased. In
the event that the product was purchased in an EU country, the warranty is still valid in all
EU countries.
• Problems due to dropping the device or to improper use of the voltage.
• If the device has been opened or modified by unauthorised personnel.
• If the device has been used in unsuitable environments.
• If the device has not been used in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual.
• Warranty on the device: 2 years.
• Warranty on accessories and applicators: 3 months.
To obtain the warranty service, the user must observe the following warranty clauses:
• The products must be delivered for repair under the responsibility and at the expense of the
Customer in the original packaging.
• The product warranty will be subject to the production of a tax document (sales receipt, pay-
ment receipt, sales invoice or mail-order sales document via an online shop or catalogue),
attesting the product's date of purchase.
• The repair will not affect the original expiry date of the warranty and will not lead to the re-
newal or extensions of the warranty.
• If, during repair work, no defects are found in the product, you will still be charged the ex-
penses relating to the technical inspection.
• The warranty is void if the defect was a result of: impact, falls, misuse or improper use of the
product, use of a non-original power supply or battery charger, accidents, alterations to the
product, replacement/detachment of the warranty seals and/or tampering with the product.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused during transport if unsuitable packaging is used.
• The warranty does not cover the impossibility to use the product, other incidental or conse-
quential costs or other expenses incurred by the purchaser.
