Abdominal/buttocks belt
• if you use only the abdominal belt, connect
the attachments of the single connector to
the belt.

Leg cuffs
• Wear the leggings and close them with the
zip, place the leggings with the attachments
turned inwards.
• Inflation must start at the feet and gradually
reach the groin.
Abdominal/buttocks belt
• Wear the abdominal belt on the but-
tocks-hips-abdomen and fasten it with the
Velcro.
• Inflation must start at the top part and end
at the base of the abdominal belt.
Arm cuff
• Wear the armband on and fasten it with the
zip.
• Inflation must start from the hand and move
sequentially to the shoulder.

5. Press „POWER" to turn the machine
on.
The lamp is turned on the last used program.
