Colors and the positive effect they have on the body
and the mind
Blue conveys a sense of calmness, inner peace
and relaxation. Helps to relieve stress and combats
periods of anxiety, insomnia, hyperthyroidism and
inflammation. Blue encourages dreaming, helps
people „let go" and „find" themselves.
Red promotes vitality and zest for life, display of
emotion, assertive discipline and willpower. Red
makes people active, talkative, productive,
stimulates the circulation and respiratory systems
and boosts the level of energy.
Green promotes inner and outer harmony,
balance, growth, compassion, integrity, stability,
security and good health. Green calms the heart
and nerves, reduces symptoms of poisoning and

soothes tired eyes.
Yellow promotes mental activity, inner freedom, a
