USE INDICATIONS

The appliance must be turned on 1-2 hours before inserting the food.
Therefore the refrigerated compartment must be pre-cooled.
Maximum load shelf: 20 kg.
Do not obstruct the appliance's air vents.
Use standard GN pans 200 mm high.
The GN pans must be filled completely with food.
The buffets can not be placed in a cabinet.
Climate class: 3
The compliance tests are performed at an ambient temperature of 32°C ± 2°C.
In the ventilated buffet version there is a water pan that to be emptied periodically.
