DECLARED USE
The drop in or buffet cold are appliances for the temporary exposition of perishable fresh foods. These machines
are not refrigerant conservers. Their sole function is to maintain the exposition temperature at +4/+8°C. The
duration of exposition depends exclusively on the use of the machine.
In any case, the machine must not run continuously for more than 4 hours.
When exposition of the food products is over, they must be removed from the appliance and preserved in
appropriate refrigerators.
For correct use of this manual, identify the
model via the specifications on the
identification plate.
The unit is identified by the following
parameters:
Serial no.
Technical data
Year of manufacture
The installation and use of the equipment must
comply plate data and information on data sheets.
