First use

Before taking the appliance into use check to ensure that it is in a fault-free
condition. If it is not, it may not be used.
• Open the battery compartment in that you slide the battery compart-
ment lid 4 downwards.
• Remove the isolation strip lying between the batteries and the contacts.
• Replace the battery compartment lid 4 back onto the hand element 2.
Ensure that it is fi rmly secured.
• Before the fi rst use, clean the new brush heads 1 with clear water.
