Operation
Opening:
Insert the crank (I) in the hole on the handle element.
Loosen the locking screw on the connecting element, push the curved tube
up on the handle element and tighten the locking screw.
Turn the crank clockwise to open the umbrella.
The umbrella is completely opened when the canopy is stretched taut.
Always open the umbrella completely.
Make sure that none of the braces on the umbrella
become jammed. It may be necessary to pull the ends of
the braces outward slightly.
Make sure that there are no obstacles, such as a house
wall, table or tree, to prevent the umbrella from opening.
