This product contains DEHP. The intended use limits exposure to intact skin, minimizing the risk
of DEHP absorption. In order to avoid undue risk of DEHP exposure in children and nursing or
pregnant women, product should only be used as directed.

The Nellcor™ SpO

noninvasive arterial oxygen saturation and pulse rate monitoring are required for patients
weighing greater than 1 kg.
The SpO Sensor is applied to the sensor site using Nellcor adhesive wraps, models ADH-A/N

(adult/neonatal) and ADH-P/I (pediatric/infant), or Nellcor disposable foam wraps, models FOAM-
A/N and FOAM-P/I. Nellcor adhesive and disposable foam wraps are intended for single patient
use only. Additionally, the SpO
(Pediatric SpO Sensor Reusable).
