TIMER MODE: By pressing the timer mode consecutively, you can program the operating hours (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8
hours) you want. The timer mode button will remain illuminated and once the programmed time has elapsed the
purifi er will stop automatically and will remain in standby mode.
LOCK MODE: This mode of operation is useful when we want to use the appliance in a "semi-public" area (wai-
ting rooms / libraries... etc) and we do not want anyone to change or manipulate the appliance.

REMOTE CONTROL: All previous operating modes can also be controlled by the remote control. Including UV
lamp control and lock mode.

outside the European Union.
5. MAINTENANCE
Make sure the unit is switched off before cleaning or changing the fi lter.
• When replacing the fi lter, use a soft cloth to clean the inlet / outlet grille, as well as, other EXTERNAL parts of the unit.
• Do not apply solvent, alcohol or other chemicals to clean the unit. They can damage the plastic / metal parts and
discolor the appliance.
Depending on the operating speed that the appliance has worked and the quality of the air that has been fi ltering, a
defi ned algorithm decides when it is necessary to CLEAN / CHANGE the fi lter. The indicator lights will fl ash, indicating
that the fi lter must be changed / cleaned.
• You can carefully lay the appliance on a soft surface so as not to damage it.
• Access the drum fi lter (Fig.1 position 7) by turning the cover located on the base counterclockwise (Fig. 2).
• Remove the fi lter from inside the purifi er.
• Clean the fi lter with a vacuum cleaner.
• NEVER IMMERSE THE FILTER IN WATER OR APPLY SOLVENT, ALCOHOL OR OTHER CHEMICALS FOR CLEANING.
• Every time the fi lter is cleaned it loses fi ltering capacity, so if the fi lter has been cleaned several times, we recommend
that you replace it with a new one.

• Place the fi lter back into the purifi er.
• Replace the plastic cover by turning clockwise.
IMPORTANT
Once the fi lter has been cleaned or replaced, the appliance must be reset. Press the key for 3 seconds:
Once reset, the indicator lights will stop fl ashing.

Whenever you access the fi lter, check the correct assembly of the lower cover, since for protection if it is not properly
attached, the appliance will not start.

6. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

S&P's large Technical Service network will guarantee adequate technical assistance.
If a fault is observed in the unit, please contact any of the mentioned technical service offi ces and they will attend to
your problem.
Any manipulation of the appliance by personnel not belonging to the Offi cial S&P Services will result in your guarantee
being void.
