• 'Tandem' operation
N.B.: For 'Tandem' operation the actuators must have the same dip-switches set.
If two or more dip-switches are accidentally set to ON, the actuator uses the
shortest of the selected strokes.
Attention. The actuator is supplied with a minimum stroke 70mm.
Closing stroke-end
The closing stroke-end is automatic and non-settable.
The stop of the actuator is determined by the power absorbed (power absorbed + 15% of the
nominal value). After each closure or intervention of the electronic protection, the chain
moves in the opposite direction by about 1mm in order to produce the right compression on
the gaskets and relax the internal mechanical parts.
Assembly of the actuator on the window frame
Before assembling the actuator on the window frame, check that:
all the cables needed for connections have been passed through the appropriate millings
so as to follow the ideal path;
the stroke has been selected.
Caution. Check that there are no wires touching one another; this could damage
the machines of the system.
Before assembling the actuator on the window frame, connect the power supply
and set the opening stroke-end; once the actuator is assembled, it is no longer
possible to operate the dip-switches since they are hidden.
