This deep fryer enables you to fry quickly and easily all sorts of tasty dishes, such as chips,
doughnuts, spring rolls and so on.
Please follow the instructions listed below one by one to avoid any risks when using the deep
fryer.
Open the lid by pressing the lid opening button and take the basket out of the deep fryer.
Fill the oil tank between the "MIN" and "MAX" levels indicated on the tank then close the
lid again.
Plug in the deep fryer. The red on indicator lights up.
Turn the temperature setting button clockwise to increase the temperature. The green
"OK" light indicator comes on to let you know that the appliance is heating up to reach the
required temperature.
Once the required temperature has been reached, the light indicator goes off.
Caution: do not add your food to the oil until the oil is hot.
Place the food in the basket.
Place the basket above the oil (1) then lower it gradually to avoid any oil splashes.
Close the lid (2)
Lower the basket handle by pressing the handle unlocking button (3)
Leave to cook for the required time.
Lift the handle and lock it horizontally. Open the lid and place the basket on the edge of
the tank to allow the oil to run off.

Caution: make sure that you disconnect your deep fryer after use.
Note: When the food is placed in the deep fryer, the oil will cool down naturally and the green
light indicator (OK) will come on again.
b) Recommendations for use
Only use good quality vegetable oil for frying. Never use butter, margarine or olive oil.
