07.1 Û DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM
The compact piezo LED is equipped with a diagnostic circuit that allows to detect operating
abnormalities and to view their type on the control module via the red/green LED light, active

once the module is supplied with energy.

Device supplied without footswitch control
Working correctly
Faulty installation:
- potentiometer not connected
During the previous working cycle the general protection system
has been activated
During the previous working cycle the scan system has been
activated and failed
Device controlled by means of the footswitch
Working correctly
Power supply control activated
Faulty installation:
- power supply too low
- power supply too high
- potentiometer not connected
The general protection system has been triggered:
- handpiece not connected to the cord
- scan system not working correctly
- interruption of a wire of the scaler cord
- faulty handpiece
the scan system detected a failure in the sync circuit:
- insert not correctly tightened on the handpiece
- insert broken, worn-out or deformed
- Handpiece or cord connector contacts wet
