13 Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty for manufacturing or material defects for your
kiddy child restraint system. The warranty period starts on the day of purchase.
A receipt is required for all claims. The warranty covers child restraint systems
that have been handled properly and are returned in a clean and orderly condi-
tion.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear and damage due to unreasonable use
- Damage due to improper or incorrect use
Materials: all of our materials meet high standards in terms of light fastness.
Nevertheless, all materials fade when exposed to sunlight. This is not a material
defect. It is normal wear and tear, which is not covered by the warranty. Contact
your specialist dealer immediately in the event of warranty claim.
