✓ After the calibration, the display indicates "CALIBRATION SUCCESSFUL".
If the message "DETECT CLOTH FAILED!!" is displayed:
➤ Illuminate the calibration mats as equally as possible.
➤ Check whether:
– A strong shadow is on the calibration mat
– The complete calibration mat is displayed by the camera
– Poor light conditions or reflections are present
➤ Rectify the respective problems.
➤ Select "CALIBRATION" again.
Fine adjustment for offset

NOTE
For a fine adjustment in case of an offset, only change the parameters on
the screen. It is not necessary to align the calibration mats or cameras as
long as they are positioned rectangularly.
If the offset is asymmetrical like in fig. o, page 12, position the
calibration mats again. An asymmetrical offset can not be fixed via the
software.
➤ Select "CALIBRATION".
If you detect an offset in the front measuring tape (applicable to „PATTERN 4" mode
only) (fig. p, page 12):
➤ Change the "OFFSET" parameter.
➤ Select "CALIBRATION".
➤ Check the image.
➤ Repeat these steps until no offset is visible.
If you see an offset in the side measuring tapes (fig. q, page 13):
➤ Change the "WIDTH" parameter.
➤ Select "CALIBRATION".
➤ Check the image.
➤ Repeat these steps until no offset is visible.
