lower window on the display (H.R.C.)
will show you the calculated value for
your maximum heart rate level. If you
choose H.R.C. then you should use
the ▲/▼ keys to select the desired
heart rate and then press ENTER.
Press START / STOP to start the
exercise. The exertion level will adjust
