CHI-043 REGISTER

CHI-043 registration process consists in identifying the CHI-043 in the system and
customizing its operations in the Nurse Call Manager.
The process must be done with the CHI-043 powered on and connected to the
network. Moreover, CHI-043 will have to be in the same VLAN as the Nurse Call
server.
To register the CHI-043, it is necessary to know the identifier of the device. The
identifier will associate a CHI-043 and the configuration. The identifiers can be
viewed in the "Room terminals" section of the Nurse Call Manager.
In order to change the identifier, access to the menu and change the numeric ID.
The change can be made easily and has been shown previously in "CHI-043 menu
options" (Page. 5).
If the ID is not registered in the system, the CHI-043 will show the following message
in the LCD display:
DEFAULT
LOCAL SERVICE
If the CHI-043 has been registered correctly in the system, it should show the
following message:
ROOM NUMBER
IN SERVICE
