Pull the wheel back in the dropout,
tightening the chain to the desired level.
Pull back on the shift rod
retaining nut, not the shift rod.

Keeping the wheel centered, tighten the acorn
nut with a 15mm socket and torque wrench to
40Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
Over-tightening may damage parts.
Under-tightening will result in the axle
sliding in the dropouts.

Still holding the wheel tight, tighten the main
shaft nut with a 21mm crows foot and torque
wrench to 50Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
Reinstalling .the .rear .pulley .housing
NOTE:
been pre-installed on the Cruise-
Controller and rear pulley housing
assembly, follow steps a, b and c.
If not, turn to the CruiseController
Installation section of this manual.

Rotate the shift rod clockwise with
your fingers until it stops; this is full
overdrive.
Be careful not to bend or
damage the end of the shift rod.
Only use your fingers.
