l Keep it away from children, put it in the place out of children's reach.
l Especially, keep children away from it when use it. Careful supervision is required when the device
is used by or in the vicinity of children.
l Please use only within the functions limited.
l Please don't go on using it without anybody's supervision.
l Please don't touch the turning parts when use it.
l In it, it must include the product operation manual when it is sold to customer.

l Please pull up the plug, if stop using or cleaning it.

BEFORE USE FOR THE FIRST TIME
l All the parts will be cleaned thoroughly before using for the first time Please do it as the directions
l Take the power cable from the bottom of product, then connect to the AC socket.
COMMISSIONING
1. The mixing food must conform to the mixing food specified, and then turn the rise knob to open the
upper lid.
2. Put the bowl into base, then turn and wind it.
3. The beater connector locks the whisk with dustproof lid.
4. Slightly turn the rise knob down, the upper lid will sink ,then use the left hand to press it and make it
stable, then open the knob up and lock.
5. After finish debuging, then stop and turn the speed button for"OFF", it will be closed.
6. Turn the rise knob by the clockwise, the upper body will automatically bounce up. 7. Take the bowl out
of base.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Firstly, please mix the food which is fit for the mixer specified by the manufacturer, then turn on the
knob to open the upper lid by the clockwise.
2. Put the bowl with food into base and push the upper arrowhead to make the bowl lock by the
anticlockwise.
3. Then make the whisk by the clockwise to lock on the beater connector.
4. Lastly, turn on the knob by the clockwise and press the upper lid down.
Dough making:
1. The proportion flour and water is 5:3 (the proportion is only for your referance, it may adjust accoring
to your personal requirements.)
2. Use low speed for 1 minute then use middle speed mixing for 3-4 minutes.
3. Ensure not beyond the Max capacity of the bowl.
4. The bowl Max capacity is 1000g flour water 550g, mixing longest time for 3 minutes, suggest to
working at middle speed.
5. Use the mixing equipment:：dough hook
