Problem
Handheld unit does not turn
ON.
Display turns ON, but does
not show image.
Display shows an
unresponsive image.
Battery depletion.

Probable Cause
Batteries are discharged.
Verify batteries are in the
battery compartment and in
the proper battery orientation.
Faulty electronics.
Loose cable connection.
Optical cable head covered
by debris.
Image processor encountered
an error.
Batteries may have
discharged slightly during
storage.
Run time dependent on LED
usage.
Batteries may be damaged.
Probable Remedy
Replace batteries.
Place batteries in proper
orientation inside the battery
compartment.
Contact Greenlee Service
Center.
Check cable connections.
Clean optical cable head.
Turn unit OFF and ON to reset
processor.
Remove batteries when
storing.
Replace batteries more often
when extensive use of LEDs.
