The EA-slide is especially suitable for cutting ham and large sausages at 7°C.
4.7.1
Adjustment EA-Slide
• Hold the clamping arm on the handle and unlock it by rotating it upwards. (1)
• Swivel clamping arm upwards and turn the handle down. (2)

• Adjust the cutting thickness by means of the adjustment knob. (4)
• Hold the handle of the supply slide and press the product against the stop. (5)
• Push the product towards the blade.

Prior to initial operation
Check the protective equipment according to chapter 1.9

wise up to the stop. Do not reach into the running knife !
5.2
Cutting operation
• Pull the slide completely backwards.
• Lift the last slice device.
• Place the product at the rear table wall.
• Place the last slice device from the top on to the product
• Press the On button. The machine will start operating.
• Adjust cutting thickness by means of the corresponding regulator.
• For cutting push the slide back and forth. Guide the product manually to the stop.
