7.2 | Switching on

To switch on the communication system, press and hold the power
button for 3 seconds. The blue indicator light flashes, a voice
says "Power On" and states the charge level of the rechargeable
battery.
If the level of the rechargeable battery is low, the blue
flashing indicator light switches to red and the voice
announces "Battery Low".

7.3 | Switching off

Press and hold the power button
approximately 1 second. The blue indicator light goes out and a
voice says "Power Off".

7.4 | Setting the volume

Press and hold the volume button to increase the volume in
stages until you have found a comfortable volume or until a beep
sounds to indicate that the volume is at the maximum level.
Release the volume button to store the setting. Press and hold
the volume button again to increase the volume further in stages
until a beep sounds to indicate that the volume is at the maximum
level. If you press and hold the volume button continuously, the
communication system runs through the volume levels (loud and
quiet) continuously until you release the volume button again.
The volume can be set and stored at a different
independent level for each source (e.g. music, smartphone
hands-free function or two-way intercom). Each set
volume remains in place even after switching on and off.

8 | Pairing with a smartphone via Bluetooth

8.1 | Pairing procedure

To pair the communication system with a smartphone, proceed
as follows:

When the device is switched off, press and holed the power

take the smartphone and check whether Bluetooth is switched on,

in the list of available devices. Now press "Connect". In some
circumstances it may be necessary to enter the PIN (0000). Once
pairing has been successfully completed, a voice says "Successful"
and then only the blue indicator light flashes. If the first pairing
procedure is successful, the procedure does not need to be
repeated the next time you connect. The two devices connect
automatically if Bluetooth is activated on the smartphone.
If the devices do not automatically connect because the connection
has been interrupted or something similar, press the volume button
briefly and the devices will be connected to each other.

8.2 | Taking calls

To take an incoming call, press the power button
or wait approximately 5 seconds—the call will then be taken
automatically.

8.3 | Rejecting calls

You can reject an incoming call by pressing the power button
briefly in succession.

8.4 | Ending calls

If you wish to end a taken call, press the power button

8.5 | Redial

If you wish to dial the most recently dialled number again, press the
power button 2x briefly in succession.

8.6 | Voice control

Press the volume button twice; a beep sounds and the voice
assistant opens on the smartphone. Once you have selected one
of multiple available voice assistants, it can be opened on the
once briefly
