6 How to view the images and listen the music from
external memory units (USB /SD)
Insert an SD/SDHC card or a USB memory into the special slots
located on the rear of the Tablet.
To view files containing pictures and videos: press the icon
"Gallery" (on the submenu "Android"™ environment) or "Photos
and Videos" (in the AlessiTab environment).
Then select the folder containing the desired photo/video and touch the
preview image to view.
To set an image as the background of the AlessiTab²: open the
desired image, touch the screen and choose the option in the lower
right corner "Menu"
Then cut the portion of the image to be used as the background and
press "Save" in the bottom part. In order to be displayed with no grainy
effects or cuts, the starting image must have a suitable graphic
resolution to meet the screen resolution of the Tablet (the use of images
having a resolution of at least 800 X 600 pixels is recommended).
To use AlessiTab² as a digital frame: Open an image and press the
"presentation" button. You will see, in presentation mode, all the
images located in the same folder as the selected image.
To play music pieces: press the "Music" icon (both in the "Android"™
and the AlessiTab environment).
Select the "Pieces" icon on the upper part of the screen to directly
display the list of pieces that are present in the selected memory.
Touch the piece name to start playing it (use the keys
the AlessiTab² to adjust the playback volume).
To stop the playback of a music piece (or the radio) it is sufficient to
drag the upper bar of Android downward and press the stop key.
7 Connection to Bluetooh devices
1) Enter SETTINGS in the menu "Wireless networks"-> Bluetooth;
select the gray box to the right next to the item "Activate Blueto-
oth" and wait a few seconds for activation. Then select the option
below "Bluetooth Settings" and wait until the end of the scan of
the available devices with Bluetooth, which will be listed at the
bottom of the screen in the section "Bluetooth devices".
