4.5 Hot air outlet flow adjustment
The pellet insert has a centrifugal fan for heat exchange with the combustion chamber, allowing the flow of hot air to
be conveyed frontally to the device and/or at the top in ducting as described in par. 1.4; the hot air flow direction is
controlled manually by an internal valve with a lever and rod with knob.
The hot air flow depends on the choice of outlets and stove output; level 5 gives the maximum fan speed with maximum flow of hot air.
The insert can convey the hot air flows entirely or partially to the front upper grille in the connection of the ducting
system by means of a valve controlled manually with a lever and rod; the rod, provided with a knob, has
reference notches for selecting the hot air flow direction as shown in the figure.
Any modifications must be done by authorised and competent personnel; changes made at random can
cause serious damage to the stove, for which COLA declines any liability.
