P3.6 Ion Sensor ID
Enter this menu to assign an identifier name to the sensor currently in use.
To activate this option, the external keyboard must be connected.
The sensor ID will appear in the "Complete" display screen (P6.7) and in Complete or GLP paper print
(P5.3)
P3.7 Restore factory default.
If the instrument does not work properly or incorrect calibrations have been performed press Yes with
key to return all Ion parameters to the factory default setting.
IMPORTANT: The factory reset of the parameters does not delete the stored data.

• Calibration with Ion-Selective Electrodes

Example for 2 points calibration 0.01 and 0.1 mg/L
Enter in the Ion setup and select in program 3.1 the measuring unit mg/L and in the 3.2 the most
diluted standard: 0.010
The device automatically multiplies the lower standard for a factor by a 10 to locate the other
points in the calibration curve.
Connect the appropriate ISE electrode to the connector for pH/mV/ORP (yellow/blue).
Important: If the ISE electrode is not combined, it is necessary to connect the specific reference electrode.
Refer to the ISE electrode manual for any reference electrode filling electrolytes and for any ionic strength
adjusters (ISA).

When the calibration is completed, the calibration report is displayed with CALIBRATION DATE and
