Operating Instructions for SATA RCS

■ Connect compressed air line to air inlet [1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1].
Optional for all variants
■ Install ball valve to shut off compressed air during maintenance work
on air inlet [1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1].
■ Connect exhaust hose from exhaust system to connection for extrac-
tion [1-13] / [2-14] / [3-15].
10. Normal Operation
Notice!
Damage due to use of the wrong type of cleaning agent
Use of aggressive cleaning agents can damage the SATA cleaning sys-
tems.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use a neutral cleaning agent with a pH value of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, alkalis, bases, paint stripper, unsuitable regener-
ates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
Information!
To prevent overflowing the receiver tank [1-10] / [2-10] / [3-11], check the
fill level regularly and empty at least by the end of the shift.
Information!
USA / Canada: close suction tank [1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9] and receiver tank
[1-10] / [2-10] / [3-11] while painting. Empty and close suction tank
[1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9] and receiver tank [1-10] / [2-10] / [3-11] after work is
completed.
Information!
As an option, the SATA RPS cup systems can be used as receiver tanks
for SATA clean RCS devices.
