Instructions for use
Marking: Each Coverall is identified by an inside label indicates the type of protection
and some further information for use.
1. CoverStar CS500 is the modell name for a protective coverall with hood and with elastics at waist, ancles and wrists.
2. Manufacturer of the garment.
3. CE-marking - The coverall corresponds to the European standards for personal protective equipment of categorie III. Ty-
pe-test and quality assurance certificates were issued in 2015 by Centro Tessile Cotoniero é Abbigliamento S.p.A., Piazza
Sant Anna, 2, I-21052 Busto Arsizio , identified by the EC Notified Body number 0624.
4. The european standards for chemical protective clothing define six types of protection, wich are symbolized in one
pictogramm.
NORDWEST products specification correspond to the protection types of the European standards. CoverStar CS500
coveralls offer protection of type 5 and 6.
5. The size table combines the body measurements with the standard sizes S-XXXL. Please check your body measurements

6. The Symbol of the „Open Book" remembers the wearer to familiazize himself with the „Instructions for Use".
7. CoverStar CS500 coveralls are antistaticly treated and offer electrostatic protection according to EN 1149-5.
8. In addition the protection coveralls CoverStar CS500 offer protection against particulate radioaktive contamination
according to EN 1073-2:2002.
9. CoverStar CS500 coveralls are tested against infective agents according to EN 14126:2003.
