ROLLING-CODE SYSTEM
The FM400 and NOIRE series have rolling-code systems. This provides an
extremely high level of security, since there is no risk of cloning of the code
transmitted.
CAUTION! In the NOIRE series, the Rolling-Code function can be disabled
by removing the jumper JP1.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- On the RB2 and R4P versions check the position of jumper A (fig.1 and 2); it
must be open with 24V power supplies and closed if the receiver is powered
with 12V ac/dc voltage.
- Before doing any wiring or modifications to the connections, cut the power
supply.
- Non-observance of the above instructions could adversely affect the proper
operation of the device.
TELCOMA S.r.l. disclaims all responsibility for any malfunctions and/or
damage caused by failure to observe the above instructions.
TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING
The following description covers the procedures for memorizing transmitters
directly in the receiver; for programming with PRG, refer to the relative manuals.
RXR receivers have two or four outputs and a number of options, with the
following rules:
- the same code cannot be programmed on more than one channel of the same
receiver.
- during programming, keep the transmitter and receiver about 50 cm apart.
- all the codes programmed in a receiver are stored in the memory chip (M, fig. 1,
2 and 3). If the memory chip is moved to another receiver (of the same series),
the entire programming is retained.
- the receivers feature 2 or 4 pushbuttons and relevant LEDs; each pair
(pushbutton/LED) corresponds to an output, e.g.: P2 and L2 correspond to output
CH2.
