CAN connection

If you are monitoring the photovoltaic system using the
Voltwerk monitoring system, connect the string inverter to the
Voltwerk VS series by means of CAN-bus.

Connection for previous inverters in a photovoltaic
system, Voltwerk monitoring unit or parameterisation

Connection for subsequent inverters in a photovoltaic
system or terminator. If the Voltwerk monitoring unit or
StringInverter setup is connected, the CAN bus must
be closed with a terminator.
Terminator

A terminator is included in the delivery of the Voltwerk
monitoring system and the StringInverter setup. You
can also order it separately from the manufacturer.
