 Charge the battery for approximately four hours, until the LED is shining blue.
 Then disconnect the charging cable from the charging connector and pull the
plug out of the socket.

6.2. Downloading/using the MEDION app

Use the Bluetooth® connection between the E-Scooter and your smart device to use
the MEDION app which provides, for example, the following functions:
− detailed instructions about how to use the E-Scooter
− setting options, such as highest speed, drive options, steering
responsiveness, switch-off timer
Download the MEDION app directly to your smartphone, from
the Google Play Store® (for Android smartphones) or the App
Store for Apple® (for iPhones and iPads), free of charge.
Installation via direct link
Use this QR code to download the MEDION app directly from
the Google Play Store® or Apple® App Store:
 Once the MEDION app is installed, open the app and follow the instructions on
screen.
 Enable the connection to Bluetooth® on your smart device and switch on the
E-Scooter.
For information on the Bluetooth function of your smart device, please
refer to the corresponding operating instructions.
You now hear this message: READY FOR BLUETOOTH CONNECTING.
 Select your model MD87779 in the MEDION app and, if necessary, enter this
6-digit password: 000000.
You can now use the MEDION app when riding on your E-Scooter.

6.3. Playing music via your E-Scooter

Use the Bluetooth® connection between the E-Scooter and your smart device to
play music via your E-Scooter.
 Enable the connection to Bluetooth® on your smart device and switch on the
E-Scooter. Make sure the two devices are not more than 10 metres apart.
You now hear this message: READY FOR BLUETOOTH CONNECTING.
 Select your model, MD87779_MUSIC, in the Bluetooth® settings on your
smart device.
You will know that the connection has been set up correctly when you hear
the announcement PAIRED. If the Bluetooth® connection breaks, you will hear
DISCONNECTED.
