This warranty does not cover shipping costs for the reparation of the balance.

9. TROUBLESHOOTING

SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Recharge the battery
Replace the battery
Clean connections
Press Power On/Off firmly and hold until
power turns on.
Recharge the battery
Clean button
Wait until the scale is stable
Change filter (Anti-Motion) setting
Dry the scale
Clean PCB board
Give the scale longer warm-up time
Hang the scale in storage
Zero the scale before loading
Re-calibrate the scale
Set correct unit
Replace the battery
Replace the charging plug
Replace remote controller batteries
