4.4 Performance Test of Return Loss at 320 MHz to
340 MHz Range
To perform the test
1. Adjust the network analyzer settings:
● Source Power: 0 dBm
● Ref. Level: 0 dB
● Ref. Attenuator: 0 dB
● Center frequency: f
● Span: 150 MHz
2. Insert the short antenna rods on the side of the antenna head using the snap-
in connectors.
3. On the network analyzer, set markers at:
● 320 MHz
● 330 MHz
● 340 MHz
4. Measure the S11 parameter. It should be ≤ -12 dB (see
