Please read through these instructions for use carefully before installing this device.
Operation
The Compact4pool is specially designed for smaller swimming pools, above-ground swimming pools and spas up to 20,000 litres. Safety and ease
of use are the main features of this 4-in-1 device, consisting of a professional pump, a UV-C device, a filter and a pre-filter. The asynchronous pump
sucks in the water via the pre-filter, where any coarse dirt is stopped. A space for a chlorine tablet to ensure an even emission of chlorine in the
swimming pool water is also foreseen here. By means of the looking glass, it is possible to check the condition of the filter and to what extent the
chlorine tablet has dissolved. Any fine dirt particles are collected in a filter cartridge that can easily be cleaned. Via this filter cartridge, the water
flows past the 11 Watt UV-C lamp, where it is exposed to UV-C radiation. This radiation neutralises bacteria, viruses and algae and disinfects the
water in a safe and efficient manner. The Compact4pool must be fixed outside the pool, and is fitted with connections suitable for hoses or PVC
gluing. Thanks to the Compact4pool, the use of chlorine and other chemicals can be reduced by up to 80%.

Safety! Read through all these instructions carefully and comply with them.
- This product must only be used according to the guidelines described in these instructions for use.
- Always remove the plug from the socket before carrying out maintenance or repair work to the unit. Never put the plug in / pull the plug from
the socket when you are standing in water or when your hands are wet.
- Do not bury the cable in the ground. Ensure that it is in a position where it cannot be damaged by mowers, hedge clippers or other machines.
- Do not use the device if any of the components are damaged (in particular the quartz glass).
- The cable of the device cannot be replaced. In case of damage to the power cable, the complete pump must be replaced. You can purchase a new
pump from the distributor from whom you purchased the Compact4pool.
- The Compact4pool pump is fitted with blades to propel the water, and these rotate at high speed. Make sure you do not touch the rotating
blades with your fingers or other objects.
- The Compact4pool pump is fitted with an integrated thermal cut-out that will switch the pump off if a fault occurs. It is possible to reset the
cut-out after a cooling down period of a few minutes by disconnecting the plug and then reconnecting it. It is recommended to carry out
maintenance to the pump after such an occurrence.
- Always switch the unit off if there is no water flowing through.
- Remove the device if there is a risk of freezing during the winter months.
- Once the device has been switched off, the lamp will remain hot for approximately 10 minutes.
- Make sure that the plug always stays dry.
- Only use approved safety wall sockets.
- To prevent the risk of electric shocks: Avoid the use of extension cords, timers, socket outlets, double plugs, etc.
- For safety's sake, only connect the unit to a group incorporating a residual current circuit-breaker with a cut-off power of less than 30 mA.
- If necessary, have an authorized electrical fitter install a suitable connection if none of the available connections comply with the requirements.
- Never carry the Compact4pool by the cable.
- The Compact4pool is suitable for water temperatures between +4°C and +25 °C. Never place the Compact4pool in an area subject to full sunlight.
- To prevent the risk of injury, never allow children to use this product. The unit should only be installed and dismantled by adults.
- Keep children away from this unit and from the cable.
- This unit is not suitable for use by persons (including children) with a physical, locomotor or mental disability, or with limited experience with/
know-how of this product, unless the use of the unit is monitored by a competent supervisor.
- Place the Compact4pool at a safe distance from the pool to ensure that your children cannot climb onto or into the pool by stepping on the unit.
