Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying,
pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away
from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or
entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewel-
lery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from
moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.
Wear personal protective equipment and always wear
safety goggles. Depending on the type of sander and the
application, the wearing of personal protective equipment
such as a dust mask, protective gloves, or hearing protec-
tion, reduces the risk of injuries.
Wear protective gloves and never touch the running
sanding belt. Danger of injury.
Connect the machine firmly with the holder or the work
surface, and fasten it against movement. The power tool
can move suddenly.
The On/Off switch must be well-accessible at all times.
Switching off the machine easily must be possible at all
times.
Switch the power tool off when it is not in use or after a
power failure.
Guide the workpiece only against the switched-on ma-
chine and do not switch the machine off until after hav-
ing removed the workpiece. The workpiece can move
suddenly.

In conjunction with the parallel and angle guide, the holder is
intended for sanding laths and profiles. The holder may only
be used with the following power tools:

Assembly
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
Ensure secure cable routing. The power tool cable must
not be located near moving parts.
Horizontal Operation (see figure A–C)
Position the power tool with the holder 2 as shown in the fig-
ure.
Mount the holder 2 with the clamp 1 and the fastening ele-
ments 4 to the power tool. Clamp the holder 2 with the set of
screw clamps 3 to a stable bench top.
Additionally, the parallel and angle guide 5 can be mounted;
the threaded holes 6 are the fastening points for the parallel
and angle guide 5.
Vertical Operation (see figures D–E)
Position the power tool with the holder 2 as shown in the fig-
ure.
Mount the holder 2 with the clamp 1 and the fastening ele-
ments 4 to the power tool. Clamp the holder 2 with the set of
screw clamps 3 to a stable bench top.
Additionally, the parallel and angle guide 5 can be mounted;
the threaded holes 6 are the fastening points for the parallel
and angle guide 5.
Ensure that the clamp is stable. Check the clamp regularly.
Keep the distance between the parallel and angle guide 5 and
the abrasive belt small. Adjust the guide if necessary (see fig-
ures C and E).
