7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of failure turn the device off with the main switch and disconnect the device from
the power supply (pull the plug!). Before calling the technician or informing the vendor
check the possibility of removing the failure by yourself according to the table below.

sunlight
• Poor air circulation around
the device.
• Device overloaded.
• Loose parts or screws in
the device
• Device is placed on an
uneven surface.
• Housing of the device is
touching the wall or other
devices.
Solution
• Unplug the plug and
reconnect it correctly.
• Turn on the device with the
ON/OFF switch.
• Check the fuse, check the
device when connected to a
different socket.
• Check power supply.
• Contact the seller.
• Correct temperature setting.
• Wait until the thaw phase is
complete, check the cooling
performance.
• Ensure sufficient distance
from sources of heat.
• Cool groceries before placing
in the machine.
• If necessary, remove some
items from your device.
• Tighten loose parts or screws
in the device
• Place the device on an even
surface.
• Ensure sufficient distance from
the wall and other devices.
