WARNING: for engine maintenance, see the user and
maintenance manual attached hereto.
- Check oil level regularly, and make sure there are no
leaks.
- Always check the air filtering system and clean when
necessary.
- Regularly check that all screws are tightened. Replace
damaged or worn parts. Check safety devices for
clamping and proper operation.

- Regularly check for oil leaks or spillage.
Oil type: SAE 80 / 90
Capacity: 1.5 liters
Oil change: after 50 hours
Then every 500 hours
Change oil while the gearbox is warm:
- Place a cup under the drain plug (1).
- Remove drain plug (1) and drain oil.
- install the plug (1) and lock it.
- Remove plug (2) and add 1.5 liters of oil.
- install the plug (2) and lock it.

- Clutch cable (D)
If the vehicle is moving even if the control lever is
"released" – position (A):
- loosen lock nut (2) and screw nut (3) until the clutch
can work properly.
- if the belt is slipping, i.e. when lowering lever (1) to the
"engaged" position (B), the vehicle does not move:
- loosen lock nut (3) and screw nut (2) until the clutch is
engaged properly, the vehicle moves and the belt does
never slip.
- at the end of this operation, tighten lock nuts (2.3).

WARNING: the proper operation of the brake makes
it possible to stop the vehicle by releasing clutch lever (1) -
position (A).
Adjust it in such a way that when clutch lever (1) -
position B is engaged, the brake is released and the
vehicle can move.
- When clutch lever (1) is "disengaged" - position (A),
control cable (C) must not be pulled.
- When clutch lever (1) is "engaged" - position (B), control
cable (C) must be pulled, in order to release the brake.
To adjust the cable, proceed as follows:
- to lengthen the cable: loosen lock nut (5) and screw nut
(4).

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

- to shorten the cable: loosen lock nut (4) and screw nut
(5).
With the clutch lever "disengaged" - position (A), i.e. with
the vehicle stopped, brake spring (6) must be pulled. If it
is tensioned properly, the distance between spring coils
must be 2 mm.
Once adjusted, tighten lock nuts.
WARNING: After this operation make sure that the brake
can work properly; otherwise replace brake shoes

- Make sure that the initial backlash of clutch lever (3) is
5 to 10 mm.
- To adjust the lever: loosen lock nut (1) and screw/
unscrew adjusting screw (2) until the lever is adjusted
properly.
- Then tighten lock nut (1).
Once adjusted, tighten all lock nuts.

If the drive belt is slipping, i.e. by moving lever (4) to the
A position, the P.T.O. shaft (11) does not revolve, and the
belt tension shall be adjusted as follows (see fig. 7):
- loosen lock-nut (2) and screw nut (3) until the belt is
tensioned properly: the belt must not slip (in no-load or
load conditions).
WARNING: with lever (4) "disengaged", in B position, the
P.T.O. shaft (11), fig. 1, must not revolve. Otherwise,
repeat the adjustment procedure.

crawlers, park the vehicle on a flat safe surface.
- Fig. 8/A check crawler tension: press on the top of the
crawler, on the center (with approx. 5 kg of force). In that
point the crawler height should decrease by 8 - 10mm.
- To adjust crawler tension, proceed as follows (see fig.
8-B):
a) If the crawler height is more than 8 ± 10mm:
- loosen lock nuts (1) of tensioners (2).
- unscrew screws (2) in the same way, so that the
crawler tensioner is on the same axis as the frame, until
the crawler is adjusted properly.
