General Operation, Control / Fonctionnement général / Funcionamiento general
1) Press the power button to turn the oven on / Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pour allumer le
four / Pulse el botón de encendido para encender el horno.
2) Set the temperature and allow the oven to heat up / Réglez la température et laisser le four à
chauffer / Ajuste la temperatura del horno y deje que se caliente.
3) Set the time, steam, vent and delay / Réglez l'heure, de la vapeur, de ventilation et de retard / Ajuste
la hora, el vapor, ventilación y retraso.
4) Open the door, load the rack of product, close the door / Ouvrez la porte, chargez le support du

If the oven dies not heat / Si le four ne meurt pas de la chaleur / Si el horno no se muere de calor.
1) Check the control settings, including delays / Vérifiez les paramètres de contrôle, y compris les

2) Check the gas valve / Vérifiez le robinet de gaz / Revise la válvula de gas
3) Check the indicator lights behind the control door / Vérifiez les voyants derrière la porte de

Note: The oven can still bake if the rack is rotated intermittently / Le four peut cuire encore si le rack
est tourné par intermittence / El horno se puede cocinar si el bastidor se gira de forma intermitente.

Note: If there is fire inside the baking chamber, do not open the door.
