4.4 Instrument Configuration

Along with the computer software it is provided the control software named
"TVHUNTER" (TH.exe) that allows several operations on your instrument.
The most important function of this software is that allows you to create a table
with different points of measurement. Later on, it is loaded into the instrument through a
USB cable. Each of these measurement points has associated a name and a frequency
that corresponds to a multiple channel.
The user can load the configuration with the measurement points corresponding
to the area where the instrument will work, because the multiplex channels can change
depending on the geographic area. The instrument can store up to 50 measurement
points, which is enough to cover any geographical area.
The software also allows you to set various parameters of the instrument and edit
some text messages on the screen, such as the user's name and the user's company.
Once you have configured your instrument, in order the new settings take effect, it
must be restarted.
All the necessary information for the computer's configuration and the use of the
"TVHUNTER" software can be found in the manual accompanying the program.
