OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

3.1 POWER SUPPLY

METALLA PRO operates with two AA Alkaline 1,5 Volts batteries.
When the batteries are almost completely exhausted, the instrument informs the operator by
lightening the relevant icon on the display (
Besides, should the charge of the battery be not enough for correct functioning, the instrument will
turn off automatically.

3.2 PRECAUTIONS

Do not use batteries of different type or different charge level.
If you think you're not going to use METALLA PRO for a while, always remember to remove
batteries.
Grease can affect the correct electric contact of the batteries. Before inserting the batteries always
clean their terminals.

3.3 BATTERY REPLACEMENT

In order to replace batteries do the following:
Move the tap of the battery compartment in the direction shown on the tap itself.

- Remove the exhausted batteries and replace them with new ones.
CAUTION: Insert batteries in the correct position placing their polarities as shown in the figure
below as well as on the tag on the back of the instrument.
Close the tap, slightly pressing the batteries into their compartment.
