The KSP1_2 & KSP1_4 optical splitters permit to dispatch in two (KSP1_2) or four (KSP1_4) equal ways the
optical signal coming from an optical transmitter like the KTX.
These devices are also suitable to be used as power combiners.
The product is built in the die cast modular "K series" chassis and is installed on a standard DIN bar (art.
KD100).

WARNING: Due to invisible laser radiation, connect all inputs and outputs of the splitters to the optical fibers
before powering the transmitter. For safety reason, any output connector not used must be closed by means
of the protection cap mounted on the product.
The Fig.2 shows the typical installation of optical splitters.
