PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE
Periodical Maintenance is need to keep a best condition of HARC70-CE1.
Ambient Temperature
- Check the cabinet the internal temperature of HARC70-CE1 is too high or near.
- Check the temperature of HARC70-CE1 is too high.
- Check dusts, fine metal powder, wires exit or not in the cabinet.
Display
- Check the Display is LED (POW).
- Check LED for transmission state (PAC,IRP) is ON/OFF.
- Check 7-Segment does not indicate except "00".
Attachment, Connected Part
- Check to ensure that the mounting screws, power, transmission cable screws are
tightened firmly.
- Check to ensure that the other screws are tightened firmly.
WARNING:
When cleaning HARC70-CE1, do not use thinner to avoid color change and melting of the
painted surface.

Check if manufacturer's specified transmission
cable connected with chiller unit is used.
Check if transmission cable connected with chiller
unit is wired along power source wire.
Check if end terminal resistance and quantity on the
transmission cable between chiller unit and
HARC70-CE1 are set correctly with chiller unit.
Check if transmission circuit is operating normally
upon the self-inspection.
Check if the power source of chiller unit is ON.
Check if manufacturer's specified transmission
cable connected to chiller unit is used.
Check if transmission cable connected with chiller
unit is wired along power source wire.
Check if end terminal resistance and quantity on
the transmission cable between chiller unit and
HARC70-CE1 are set correctly with chiller unit.
Check if transmission circuit is operating normally
upon the self-inspection.
Check if the power source of chiller unit is ON.
Check if chiller unit is set in local mode.
Check if manufacturer's specified transmission
cable connected to chiller unit is used.
Check if transmission cable connected with chiller
unit is wired along power source wire.

the transmission cable between chiller unit and
HARC70-CE1 are set correctly with chiller unit.
Check if transmission circuit is operating normally

Use Twist pair cable (0.75mm
).
Provide a space of at least 150mm
between wires.
Only one end resistance should be
set in one system. (Resistance
between wire will be approx. 150Ω.)
End resistance should be set to the
transmission wire of chiller unit.
Chiller unit should be turned ON.
