Cleaning and Storing Your Blender
: UNPLUG BEFORE CLEANING. DO NOT IMMERSE THE
CAUTION
BLENDER BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Use a damp, soft sponge with mild detergent to clean the outside of the
blender base. All parts except for the blender base are dishwasher-safe. You
can also wash the parts, except the blender base, in warm, soapy water.
Rinse well and dry.
Storing Your Blender
After cleaning, reassemble blade assembly to open end of the sport bottle
and then place in the blender base. Snap the drinking lid on the other end
of the sport bottle.
CAUTION: This blender does not have any user serviceable parts. Any servicing
should be performed by an authorized service representative.

Avocado-Edamame Dip
Frozen shelled green soybeans, edamame, can be found in most supermarkets, usually in the
natural food section.
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled
1 cup cooked, shelled green soybeans
¼ cup sliced scallions
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Hot sauce, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Process the avocado and soybeans in the 3-Cup Chopper for about 7
seconds or until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until
smooth.
Makes about 2 cups.
Persillade
This is a great topping for chicken, lamb, pork or fish.
1 bunch flat leaf parsley, stemmed
1 lemon, peel removed with vegetable peeler and reserved
4 garlic cloves or shallots, peeled
Place all ingredients in 3-Cup Chopper. Pulse until ingredients are finely
minced and incorporated.
