5.1 Operation „Mixing"
Ten synchronised rotating PVC rollers form a homogeneous reel roller bearing for the
use of closed test tubes. The tubes are both, simultaneously, rotated along their
longitudinal axis and rocked back and forth on their bearings.
Start the mixing function by means of the rocker switch (1) On/Off.
Set speed between 2 U/min. and 70 U/min. (steplessly) by means of the speed
control button (2).
5.2 Cleaning and maintenance
The housing and the 10 PVC rollers are acid-resistance covered for long lasting use
and easy cleaning with warm water and dish washing liquid.
The instrument is maintenance-free. It must be opened and repaired only by
authorized service personnel. Any work on the electronics in the unit should only be
carried out by knowledgeable, trained personnel.

c. The coverage opens.
d. The exchange of rolls may be carried
out optionally. Lift the rolls carefully
out of the bearing bar. The roll now
can be removed axially. Thereafter
close the coverage again.
