General instructions

The instructions in this user manual must be carefully followed and adhered to. All those involved in
the operation, maintenance and repair of the product must have read and understood this user
manual.
We reserve the right to make technical changes to the illustrations and details in the user manual in
order to improve the product.
The GritCaddy is supplied ready for use and fully assembled.

The national guidelines and safety regulations with respect to safety guidelines

and works safety must be observed.
7.1 Intended use of the equipment
The GritCaddy is to be used for storing and transporting granulates such as sand, grit,

spreading salt and absorbents.
Only use the GritCaddy on surfaces which are sufficiently strong.

Ensure the GritCaddy is only parked on even, sufficiently strong surfaces.

Temperature range -20°C to +40°C.

Keep out of long term direct sunlight.

7.2 Misuse
The following are considered as misuse:
Carrying people in the GritCaddy.

Improper use of the equipment

Exceeding the permitted transport volume or carrying capacity.

Parking the GritCaddy on inclined surfaces or surfaces which cannot support the weight.

